Having worked in residential home construction as a self-employed contractor for 34 years, real estate was a natural progression from my previous line of work. Some of my past careers include ski instructor/patrol, waiter, and restaurant manager. I love assisting others any way I can. I am a skilled communicator, kind, easy going, with a good sense of humor. These qualities coupled with my contractor experience are valuable skills when it comes to negotiating the purchase price and throughout the inspection period. I consider my biggest accomplishment in real estate to be when both buyer and seller are pleased with the outcome each and every time I complete a transaction. It doesn’t happen every time, but when it does, I feel I’ve really accomplished something!
I am a member of the Long Realty Circle of Excellence and a top producer at the Houghton Southeast office. I have lived in Tucson for coming up on 20 years and am originally from Bend, Oregon. I have a strong background in home construction and am a skilled communicator. My friends and family would describe me as kind, funny, easy-going, reliable, and competent. When not at work, I can usually be found road cycling, reading or traveling. I try my best to get in 100 miles (road cycling) per week. I am a fair and honest person. I listen first then offer what I can contribute. I respect others and truly want what is best for the people I work with.
I’d love to put my experience to work for you – call me today!
